Material safety data sheet (MSDS) is a document that provides information about a controlled product which meets the hazard criteria defined in the Controlled Products Regulations and how to work safely with the controlled product.

The Material safety data sheet also contains information on the use, storage, handling and emergency procedures all related to the hazards of the material.
